2. Your Account
You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your password secure. You must provide accurate information when creating your account, including a valid email address. You may update your username, email, and password at any time from Account Settings.
3. Your Content
You retain ownership of every photo, comment, and piece of content you post. By posting, you grant Memoria a license to host, display, and distribute that content within the app so other users can view it. You can delete any photo you've posted at any time — only you, as the original uploader, can delete it. Deleting your account removes your content from public view.
4. Communities
Any user may create a community. As the creator, you're responsible for it, you're the only one who can delete it, and you cannot leave a community you created — deleting it is how you step away. Other members may join or leave a community freely at any time.
5. Acceptable Use
Don't post content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or that harasses, threatens, or impersonates another person. Don't use Memoria to spam, scrape, or interfere with the normal operation of the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Privacy
Your followers count is kept private and not shown on your profile; who you follow is visible if you choose to share it. We collect the information necessary to operate the app — your account details, the content you post, and basic usage data. We don't sell your personal data. 7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion, with or without notice.
8. Disclaimer
Memoria is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We aren't liable for content posted by other users, or for any loss or damage arising from your use of the app.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Memoria after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
